Company Mission & Values
Keyword research,
done honestly
HostSynergyp started in 2022 with one clear idea: keyword research skills should not be locked behind expensive agencies or vague tutorials. We built a platform where learners from across Ukraine can practice with real data, get instant feedback, and actually understand what they are doing.
What we stand for
Three things we refuse to compromise on
Plenty of platforms claim to teach SEO and keyword strategy. Most of them hand you a checklist and call it education. We think differently. The way we teach is shaped by three values that were baked in from day one — not added later as marketing copy.
Specificity over theory
Every quiz on this platform uses data patterns drawn from actual search behavior. We do not teach keyword research in the abstract — we put you in front of real scenarios: a local business in Kherson, a national e-commerce store, a content site targeting informational queries.
Feedback that explains
Getting a score of 6/10 tells you nothing useful. Our instant feedback breaks down each wrong answer — why the keyword you picked had poor intent match, why the volume estimate was off, what a better approach looks like. That explanation is the actual learning.
Accessible from anywhere
Someone in Uzhhorod should have the same access as someone in Kyiv. We designed the platform to work on slow mobile connections, with content that does not assume you have a paid SEO tool subscription or a fast laptop with multiple browser tabs open.
How we got here
The path from idea to platform
Keyword research looked simple from the outside — type a phrase into a tool, check the numbers, pick the winner. Anyone who has actually tried to rank a page knows that is not how it works. Intent matters. Competition context matters. Regional search behavior matters, especially in a country as geographically varied as Ukraine.
The gap we kept seeing was between people who understood the theory and people who could actually apply it under pressure. That gap is what HostSynergyp is designed to close — through practice, not passive reading.

The people behind it
Small team, specific focus
Daryna Kovtun
Curriculum Lead
Daryna built the quiz logic from scratch. She spent three years doing keyword audits for Ukrainian e-commerce brands before joining HostSynergyp, and that experience shows in how the exercises are structured.
Bohdan Serhiienko
Platform Architect
Bohdan handles the technical side of the feedback engine — the part that tells you not just what score you got, but why a particular keyword choice missed the mark. He is based in Mykolaiv and keeps the platform running across low-bandwidth connections.
"We kept seeing people who could recite keyword research theory word for word but froze when given an actual brief. The platform exists to fix that specific problem — nothing more, nothing less."
Daryna Kovtun — Curriculum Lead
The team stays deliberately small. Adding more content is less important than making the existing content precise. Each quiz module goes through multiple rounds of testing with actual learners before it goes live — not because we are perfectionists, but because a poorly calibrated exercise teaches the wrong instincts.
