Please read these Terms of Use carefully before accessing or using the HostSynergyp platform available at hostsynergyp.com. By accessing or using the Service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Service.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Service for your personal, non-commercial educational purposes, subject to these Terms.
You agree to use the Service only in ways that are lawful, ethical, and consistent with these Terms. You must not use the Service in any manner that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair the Service or interfere with any other User's access.

Academic Dishonesty: Using the Service to facilitate cheating, plagiarism, or any form of academic misconduct.

All Content provided through the Service, including but not limited to quiz questions, assessments, educational materials, graphics, interface design, and software, is the exclusive property of the Company or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, publicly display, or create derivative works from any Company Content without explicit prior written permission. Unauthorized use of Company Content may result in immediate termination of your access and may expose you to legal liability.
7.3 User Content
You retain ownership of any User Content you submit. By submitting User Content, you grant the Company a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive license to use, store, display, and process that content solely for the purpose of operating and improving the Service. You represent that you have all necessary rights to grant this license.

9.3 Refunds

9.4 Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your Account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. The Company reserves the right to cancel or suspend your subscription for breach of these Terms.

The Company does not endorse, control, or assume responsibility for the content, privacy practices, or availability of any third-party services. Your interactions with third-party services are governed by their own terms and policies.
11. Disclaimers
The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. The Company does not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
The Company makes no representations regarding the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of any Content for any particular purpose. Educational materials are provided for informational and learning purposes only and do not constitute professional advice.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Company and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Service, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or loss of goodwill.

14. Termination

The Company reserves the right to suspend or terminate your Account and access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that the Company determines violates these Terms, is harmful to other users, or is otherwise detrimental to the Service.
14.2 By the User
You may terminate your Account at any time by contacting the Company at contact@hostsynergyp.com or through your Account settings where available.
14.3 Effect of Termination
Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination, including intellectual property rights, disclaimers, limitations of liability, and indemnification obligations, shall remain in effect.
15. Modifications to the Service
The Company reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time without liability. The Company will make reasonable efforts to provide advance notice of significant changes that affect core functionality.
16. Modifications to These Terms
The Company may revise these Terms at any time. When changes are made, the "Last updated" date at the top of this page will be revised. If changes are material, the Company will provide notice through the Service or by email. Your continued use of the Service after the effective date of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must stop using the Service and may close your Account.
17. Governing Terms and Dispute Resolution
These Terms represent the entire agreement between you and the Company regarding your use of the Service and supersede all prior agreements, representations, or understandings.
In the event of a dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or the Service, both parties agree to first attempt to resolve the matter through good-faith negotiation. If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
19. Waiver
The failure of the Company to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of that right or provision. A waiver of any specific breach does not constitute a waiver of any subsequent breach of the same or any other provision.
